Alexander Knapp

Alexander Knapp’s passion for justice ignited at a young age in his hometown of Tampa, Florida. His legal journey began when, at just eight years old, he was introduced to a managing partner of a prominent Washington, D.C., litigation firm. From that pivotal moment, Alexander was inspired to pursue a law degree to advocate for justice.

Alexander earned his bachelor’s degree from Florida State University, where he double-majored in Political Science and Marketing. He continued his education at Boston University School of Law, consistently ranked among the nation’s top 25 law schools by U.S. News & World Report.

After graduating from Boston University, Alexander returned to Tampa to begin his legal career. He initially defended some of the nation’s largest insurance companies, such as Allstate, Geico, and State Farm. This invaluable experience provided him with insider knowledge of how insurance carriers operate and defend claims, sharpening his skills to later advocate effectively for injury victims.

Equipped with a deep understanding of the strategies used by insurance companies, Alexander made the meaningful transition to plaintiff representation. Joining a nationally recognized personal injury firm, he served as lead counsel on a variety of cases, including motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle collisions, trucking accidents, pedestrian injuries, and bicycle-related claims.

Over the past seven years, Alexander has dedicated his career to helping victims of negligence secure justice and fair compensation. He has represented over 3,000 clients, recovering more than $50 million in settlements. Alexander’s approach centers on his clients’ well-being—he prioritizes their physical recovery while relentlessly pursuing maximum compensation for their injuries.

A lifelong Tampa resident, Alexander lives in Westchase with his wife and three daughters. Outside of the courtroom, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, often attending his daughters’ gymnastics and dance classes, or taking trips to the beach
