Jared Bailey

Jared Bailey is a seasoned personal injury attorney at Boohoff Law who brings both legal precision and real-world business experience to every case he handles. With a career devoted to advocating for the injured, Jared is known for his hands-on approach, strategic mindset, and unwavering commitment to maximizing results for his clients. 

Jared focuses his practice on personal injury, negligence, and liability claims, guiding clients from the earliest stages of a case through resolution. He has extensive experience managing pre-suit matters, conducting depositions, mediations, and case management conferences, and litigating cases in both state court and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. His meticulous attention to detail is especially evident in his work reviewing medical records, preparing comprehensive demand packages, negotiating with insurance carriers, and skillfully resolving complex subrogation and lien issues involving Medicare, Medicaid, private insurers, and the Veterans Administration. 

Before entering the legal profession, Jared worked in pharmaceutical and surgical device sales—an experience that naturally shaped his interest in plaintiff-side personal injury and medical negligence law. His background in the medical field provides him with valuable insight into the injuries his clients suffer and strengthens his ability to effectively communicate the full impact of those injuries during negotiations and litigation. 

In addition to his plaintiff’s practice, Jared has served as corporate counsel for technology companies, advising on governance matters, contract negotiations, corporate policy development, and regulatory compliance. This dual perspective—representing individuals while understanding the internal operations of businesses—gives him a well-rounded and strategic advantage in complex cases. 

Jared earned his Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida. Completing an intensive German language immersion program in Berlin and living in the Black Forest region of Germany helped Jared bring a global perspective and disciplined work ethic.
